I.M Unveils His Current Identity Through New EP ‘Off The Beat’

Following the release of ‘Duality’ and ‘Overdrive,' Monsta X member I.M returns with a new solo project ‘Off The Beat.’ 

‘Off The Beat’ is his 3rd E.P and showcases a wide variety of genres throughout six brand new songs: ‘Bust It,’ ‘XO,’ ‘Skyline,’ ‘MMI,’ ‘nbdy’ and ‘LURE.’

‘LURE’ is the main track for the album and a major stand out. On top of I.M vocals and rapping, Latin-influenced guitar sound blend perfectly into a combination of upbeat hip-hop and trap sounds as the song progresses. The lyrics paired with his serenading tone will leave fans breathless while wanting more.

Each track on ‘Off The Beat’ gives listeners a glimpse into aspects of I.M’s daily life and personal identity. ‘Bust it’ conveys his self-confidence, ‘MMI’ contains self-confessional lyrics and ‘nbdy’ is about being faced with the emptiness created by another person's absence.

Dreamcatcher Creates Sweet Dreams at Concord Music Hall

Girl group Dreamcatcher visits Concord Music Hall in Chicago on December 8 for their Invitation from Nightmare City Tour. Only six of the seven members traveled to the United States as Handong could not take part due to conflicting schedules back in South Korea. Red and yellow glow sticks start appearing as the opening video plays on the big screen. The colored lights increase with SuA, Siyeon, JiU, Yoohyeon, Gahyeon and Dami walk onto the stage. "Fly High" and their debut song "Chase Me" are preformed to kick off the show. The fans (InSomnia) instantly match the vibe that the songs provided. K-Pop Boy Group OCJ NEWBIES Making Waves Ahead of Their Highly Anticipated Debut

Getting a rookie K-Pop group into the mainstream is a difficult task, but one boy group has already made a name for themselves well before they even debut.
