Tiffany Young Brings the East and West Together During Her North American Tour

Korean-American singer Tiffany Young travels across 18 cities in Canada and The United States for her Magnetic Moon North American Tour.
Earlier this year, the singer visited Chicago during her Mini Showcase Tour and returned on November 2 to perform at The Vic Theatre.
As the lights go down, Young Ones (Tiffany's fandom name) starts cheering. The dark venue turns pink from the lights radiating off of both Tiffany's and her group Girls' Generation light sticks held by fans.
The two man band starts playing and Tiffany walks onto the stage dressed head to toe in white and silver. Her newest single, Run For Your Life, kicks off the concert and brings the fan's energy level up.
Without stopping, Tiffany and her backup dancers goes straight into her next two songs, Over My Skin and the Korean version of Heart Break Hotel. She leads into her next song, Talk, by telling fans that she wants to go to them and talk.
Once the song ends the singer welcomes fans to the tour. She tells the crowd that she noticed some of them dancing and encouraged everyone to do the same. "Dance like you don't give a..." Tiffany says with a smile.
Tiffany channeled her inner Miley Cyrus by covering the song Wrecking Ball. Young Ones sang and danced along without a care. The bass was so strong that listeners could feel it in their bones which only made them dance even more.
When asked how they were feeling, fans responded with positive words and yells. "I see you getting down" Tiffany comments. "Chicago you got me."
Instead of continuing to perform English song, Tiffany decided to change things up since Heart Break Hotel and sing her Korean song, Yellow Lights. A couple of fans in the front rows take the opportunity to take selfies with the singer during the song.
The older fans in the crowd became excited with the throwback cover of Independent Women by Destiny's Child. Keeping the momentum and theme going, Tiffany goes straight into her breakup song Teach You. Both males and females in the audience sang along with everything they had.
Taking a quick rest from singing means a dance break. Tiffany and her backup dancers give a special performance that perfectly leads into the song Dance the Night Away. Partway through, the lyrics change to Don't Stop the Music by Rihanna. The flow between the two songs fit so well that it sounded like a single song.
Tiffany covered the songs Invincible by Lee Hyori and Invitation by Uhm Junghwa in respect for the singer who came before her. "This is dedicated to the divas who paved the way for me" she stated going into the second song.
She couldn't forget her group of ladies who've been with her from the start. "This is dedicated to my sisters, Girls' Generation" Tiffany calls out for her kpop group mates.
The audience's inner SONE (Girls' Generation's fandom name) came out after her dedication as the group's song Run Devil Run starts. The fanchant could be heard in part of the venue. Multiple fans danced along with the choreography and Tiffany praised them after the song ended.
Tiffany felt happy that everyone could be brought together no matter when they became part of her life. "No matter what journey you're on, no matter what you are feeling, that right here in this moment you're here" she says. "I'm going to continue to love, fight and shine. Thank you for keeping the love and romance in my heart."
Her old friend who attended the concert just got married. Tiffany asks if anyone else just got married or engaged and a small handful of people raised their hands. She dedicated her song Runaway to her friend who has been with her for a long time. During the song, fans swayed back and forth while holding up their light sticks or flashlights.
"Chicago you got me in my feels" Tiffany admits after Runaway. She continues by telling fans that if somebody ever needs them or if they ever need her to listen to her song The Flower. A fan in the crowd told Tiffany she'd be the flower to her pain and the singer responded, "There's a lot of pain here." But she takes it as experience to understand and love someone else even more.
Following the song, The Flower, Tiffany had fans yell the words 'they go' a handful of times before singing Lips on Lips where the lyrics came from. Her next song Born Again received such a good reaction from fans that she extended it a while longer.
Once Tiffany finished singing, she and her dancers headed backstage. The band continues to play the instrumental to Born Again. The venue goes dark except for the spotlight on the band and the music changes into a softer song. The song slowly builds and the lights turn back on.
Tiffany returns to the stage with her backup dancers and sings her song Magnetic Moon. Every high note gets hit perfectly and leaves Young Ones in awe.
The San Francisco native thanks Chicago again and bows to everyone in the crowd. Without forgetting the band Tiffany gives them a shout out and let them play a bit on their own. Their playing changes it's sound onto her final song of the night, Run For Your Life.
With the show about to end, Tiffany gives one last goodbye and waves to all of her Chicago Young Ones. The last thing she does before walking off the stage is use her arms to make a huge heart over her head while saying that she loves everyone. Fans leave The Vic Theater with smiles on their faces and memories that will last a lifetime.
